To verify the effects of highly bioactive extract in human, a clinical trial was initiated in accordance with the ICH-GCP guidelines and in consultation with the Japanese Collaborators [ref: 1], after obtaining the informed consent from HIV / AIDS patients. A thorough physical examination was carried out, of each trial case.

The laboratory tests were performed in the (Aga Khan University Hospital). The HIV antibody ( ELISA ) positive / Western Blot positive individuals were treated with this extract that had shown great promise in in vitro studies. The results are presented in graphical form.

The drug was administered to 31 HIV / AIDS patients with a marked degree of success and remarkable improvement in constitutional symptoms. Twenty Six (26) individuals showed full recovery and their virus load was found below quantitation limits or HIV-RNA not detected by PCR, (both quantitative and qualitative). This success was achieved in most of the patients within 6 to 18 months of the treatment (please see patients reports)

This drug carries a hope and message of health to the HIV / AIDS patients all over the world. It is cost effective and easily administered orally in capsule form; it is a patients friendly drug having no side effects. The drug works slowly but definitely bringing the viral load from high to low and finally to non-detectable levels.

In the event of either poor drug compliance or discontinuity in administration of the drug by the patients, the effectiveness of the drug was not found impaired. This magic drug is equally effective against HIV-1/HIV-2 and all HIV clades (sub-types) as proven through in vitro studies.
